We at Nissha Medical Technologies, formerly known as Isometric Micro Molding, are proud to serve our customers from our New Richmond, Wisconsin facilities located about 45 minutes east of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Since our founding in 1990 as Isometric Tool & Design, we have evolved from providing precision tooling to adding micro automated assembly in 2009 and expanding into micro molding in 2013, bringing all three core competencies in-house. Currently operating out of two buildings for tool building and micro molding/assembly, we are excited about our planned expansion to a 25-acre campus with a new headquarters.
NEW RICHMOND INSIGHTS
As an ISO 13485 certified micro-molding service provider, our New Richmond facility serves high precision market segments in medical device and drug delivery. Isometric’s capabilities in micro and high precision molded parts and automated assemblies enables us to provide unique, and creative miniaturization solutions. We successfully manufacture components with extremely thin walls, micro features, high aspect ratios, tight tolerances, and complex geometries, for devices such as wearables, transdermal patches, life science disposables, catheters, microneedles, robotic surgery systems, and neurovascular implants.
