However, due to the significant impact of ongoing United States tariffs on imported raw materials, we must announce a necessary price adjustment for our products in the US and Canadian markets. The global tariff situation has also placed inflationary pressures on domestic supplies that rely heavily on foreign sources. This issue is compounded by the fact that many specialized raw materials required for our devices are not readily available from domestic sources until new capacities are brought online, leaving us reliant on international supply chains now subject to these tariffs.

NMT has made every effort to absorb these rising costs. However, the scale of these tariffs, which are impacting the entire medical device industry, including major CDMOs and distributors, has made this price adjustment unavoidable to ensure the consistent supply of our products.
