Our Dominican Republic manufacturing plant specializes in high-volume, medium-mix production, prioritizing safety and quality. Known for cost-effective nearshore manufacturing, the facility offers diverse capabilities that create synergies across all NMT sites. It excels in high-volume assembly using both manual and semi-automated processes.
Key capabilities include process validation, line transfer and duplication, and lean-six sigma tools. The plant handles complex processes such as injection molding, RoHS compliance, ultrasonic welding, hand soldering, UV bonding/curing, hydrophilic and silicone coating, LED and ultrasonic cleaning.
