Torbay, Devon, UK facility opened in May 2018. Over the past few years, we have brought in different manufacturing lines from within Europe and now have multiple product sectors produced by a work force of 88 people. Running 1, 2 and 3 shifts per day on different lines, the facility produces products for data recording and medical devices.

Our Current Capabilities are:

Web conversion of diverse types of paper
Automated production and packaging of ECG electrodes
Assembly of cables, including crimping, Ultrasonic and heat welding.
High speed Laminating materials and die cutting for Grounding Pads / Neutral electrodes

TORBAY INSIGHTS

The Nissha facility in Torbay, UK, has come a long way since joining NMT in 2007. Once a privately owned competitor based in London, the team has navigated relocations, growth, and transformation, ultimately settling into a bright, purpose-built site in Torbay. Today, the facility serves as the European manufacturing hub for charts, markers, ECG electrodes, and grounding pads. With a culture grounded in teamwork, adaptability, and pride, Torbay continues to grow.

A new APECO was added in 2025, marking a major expansion in Torbay’s manufacturing capabilities.
